Noelle is head of tv drama development at Kudos and is currently working on two new series recently greenlit for production; THE HOUR by Abi Morgan for BBC2, and ETERNAL LAW by Ashley Pharoah and Matthew Graham for ITV1.

Previously, she was head of development at Red Production Company, developing into production a variety of projects including: CONVICTION by Bill Gallagher (BBC3 & BBC2; BAFTA and RTS nominated), Jane Hall’s BIG BAD BUS RIDE (ITV1) and SPARKHOUSE (BBC1) by Sally Wainwright, LINDA GREEN (series 2) by Paul Abbott (BBC1), and CLOCKING OFF (series 4) by Danny Brocklehurst, Richard Zajdlic, Bill Gallagher, John Fay (BBC1).

Before this, Noelle worked for several years as script executive for the BBC independent drama commissioning team, working on a broad range of projects in development and production, including: CAMBRIDGE SPIES (Perpetual Motion and BBC co-production), CLOCKING OFF and LINDA GREEN (Red), MURDER (Tiger Aspect), TIPPING THE VELVET (Sally Head), ATTACHMENTS and COPS (World).

Noelle’s first job in television was as assistant script editor on Kudos’ first tv drama series; PSYCHOS by David Wolstencroft (Channel 4). Before that she worked as both literary assistant and assistant director at the Royal Court Theatre.
